Client Training

In addition to microcredit loans, OI China offers clients training in various disciplines to achieve our goal of “Growing Businesses, Creating Jobs, and Transforming Lives.”

One such service is financial training. In these classes we focus on important aspects of financial management that are applicable to clients' businesses. We also teach the importance of credit. We take them through the process of how to attain credit, how to manage credit, and how to effectively use it to improve one’s business.

We also provide counseling on small business development. Experienced professionals offer guidance to clients in similar industries. 

Another aspect of this training program is human resources and management training. In these classes, we teach entrepreneurs how to effectively work with their own employees to meet the goals of their business.

OI China stresses the importance of clients' lives, not just their business. Because of this, we offer additional marriage and family life counseling. We believe having strong and supportive relationships is crucial to the overall success of the individual and their business. 

In 2006, OI China partnered with Caterpillar Inc., one of the world's leading industrial manufacturers, to provide safety training to our clients' employees. The training series stressed the importance of safety in the work place, and taught ways to limit the risk of injury in employee’s duties.
