Aaron White
Deputy Chairman and CEO
Aaron White is responsible for all the Opportunity International operations in China and Hong Kong. He joined the board in 2005. Two years later, upon receiving a calling from the Lord, Aaron resigned from his Australian private equity firm O’Connor & White Ltd. and officially became Opportunity International China's CEO in July 2007.
From 2001 to 2005, Aaron worked as the CEO for China Plantation Timber Products (PTP) for Carter Holt Harvey, a subsidiary of the world forestry giant International Paper. While its head office is in Shanghai, PTP also has manufacturing plants and forest plantations in Sichuan and Hubei. Before that, Aaron was the President of AMP Greater China. AMP is one of the largest financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand. Before his time with AMP, Aaron worked for CSR, one of the top Australian manufacturing conglomerates. Aaron served as the President of CSR Taiwan Group and was also responsible for CSR’s investments in Asia with a special focus on China.
Aaron had served on the boards of various business associations, including the Australia and China Business Council, the Australia and China Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Australian and Asian Young Leaders Program, which is a youth leadership development organization.
Since the early 1980s, Aaron has contributed to church administration. He served as a deacon on the board of the Melbourne Chinese Christian Church (Song En Tang) since 1984 till 1990, when his family moved to Sydney. Between 1997 and 1999, he served as the chairman of the Finance Committee for the Taipei International Church. Since 2002, Aaron has been a volunteer for various Christian organizations such as the United Bible Society, the Bible Society NSW (Australia), Grace for Asia, and more.
Aaron was born and raised in Taiwan and completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration in Australia. He is a CPA, a Fellow of Taxation Institute of Australia, and a Member of the Australian Computer Society. He lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two children. They are members of the St. Ives Christ Church in Sydney.

白 亚伦先生目前负责所有国际机遇在中国及香港的营运。他在2005年加入董事会。在受到上帝的呼召后，他辞去了澳洲私募投资公司O’Connor & White公司的职务，并于2007年7月起正式担任国际 机遇首席执行官的职务。
2006年以前，白亚伦先生在卡达维集团 (Carter Holt Harvey) 担任中国区的首席执行官，卡达维集团是s世界纸业龙头-国际纸业(International Paper)的子公司。其中国之子公司吉象木业（PTP）总部设在上海，在四川和湖北从事树木种植和人工 造林。在2001 年以前，白亚伦先生就职于澳大利亚安宝集团（AMP），担任大中 华区总裁，AMP是在澳大利亚和新西兰最大的金融机构之一。在为澳大利亚安宝集 团（AMP）服务以前，白亚伦先生在兴世亚（CSR）集团任台湾区总裁一职，主 要管理亚洲的投资，尤重于中国区。
白 亚伦先生曾任不同商业机构的董事，包括中澳商务理事会、澳中工商协会、亚澳青年领袖计划(为一个青年领袖的发展组织)
在80年代初期，白 亚伦先生曾参与教会的行政事务。在1984至1990年间，他在墨尔本华人基督教会(颂恩堂)担任执事，直到他 举家搬至悉尼。在1997至1999年间，他服务于台北国际教会，担任财务委员会的主席一职。自2002年起，白亚 伦先生开始为不同教会组织担任义工，如:世界联合圣经公会等。
白亚伦先生出生于台湾，并在澳大利亚取得企业管理学士学位和硕士学位。他是CPA特别会员，澳大利亚税务协会高级会员，澳大利亚计算机协会会员。现与其妻子及两位儿女居 住于澳大利亚的悉尼。他们都是澳大利亚悉尼St Ives基督 教会的教友。
