Jerry Huang-Chieh Chu

Jerry H. C. Chu brings over 25 years of experience in banking and telecommunication industries. Currently, he is President of Taiwan Teleservices & Technologies (TT&T) Co., Ltd. in Taipei, Taiwan with supervision responsibility for over 1500 employees. TT&T is a subsidiary company of Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd. (TWM) which focuses on customer service and care. TWM is the second largest mobile service operator in Taiwan.
Jerry was TWM’s Chief Auditor and VP of Quality Management before he was appointed President of TT&T in 2008. As Chief Auditor, he has developed valuable skills and knowledge in corporate governance as well as hands-on experience in internal audit and control.
Before he joined TWM in 2003, Jerry was VP and Senior Country Operation Officer (SCOO) for the N.A. Taiwan branch of Citibank. His main responsibilities were to develop, manage, and coordinate operations and service activities of the Cash Management, Trade Operations, Loan Services, Treasury Operations, and Security Services departments. Furthermore, he designed operational policies and objectives in line with Business Plan; ensured regulatory compliance with corporate policies and procedures; initiated a re-engineering of the workflow, managed overall customer and staff satisfaction; and oversaw human, processing, and system resources to maximize quality and quantity of service while minimizing costs..
Jerry has an MBA from University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada and a LL.B. from National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan.

朱黄杰先生具有超过25年银行与电讯产业的工作经验。目前他担任台湾客服科技股份有限公司总经理一职,负责督导超过1500名员工。台湾客服公司是台湾第二大行动通讯运营商台湾大哥大股份有限公司的转投资公司,主要负责台湾大哥大公司客户服务与客户关怀的业务。
朱黄杰先生在2008年出任台湾客服公司总经理一职之前,他曾担任台湾大哥大公司总稽核与负责质量管理的副总经理。担任总稽核的期间,他取得了极有价值的技能与知识在公司治理的领域,并累积了与内部稽核与内部控制相关的第一手实务经验。
朱黄杰先生在2003年加入台湾大哥大之前,是担任美商花旗银行台湾分行副总裁暨资深维运长(SCOO)的职务,他主要的职掌为建置、管理、及整合相关的日常营运内容与作业服务,所管辖的业务范围包括:现金收支业务,进出口贸易业务,放款业务,资金调度业务,及股票交易业务。他的主要责任包括:依照银行整体的运营计划,规画相关的维运政策与目标;遵循政府法规的要求,及符合银行自身所既定的各种督导政策与作业方针;启动各种作业流程的再造工程,以求工作方式的合理化;管理全方位的客户满意及员工满意;有效运用相关作业的人力、流程、及系统等资源,以求达成服务的质与量极大化的目标,同时降低相关成本。
朱黄杰先生具有,加拿大安大略省多伦多大学企业管理研究院企管硕士(MBA)的学位,以及台湾大学法律学系法学士(LL.B.)学位。
