Richard Jelinek

Richard Jelinek brings over twenty-five years of strategic change and organizational effectiveness experience developed through his extensive work with executive officers and their teams. Over the past several years, he has led significant change initiatives at Motorola, Unilever, Amgen, HarperCollins/Zondervan, Bell Helicopter/Textron, Raytheon, NEC-Visual Systems Division, and Northrop Grumman.
Dick was one of the architects and leader-facilitators of “Work-Out,” the umbrella structure for General Electric CEO Jack Welch’s ten-year transformation of GE. Subsequently hired by GE as a Corporate Officer, Dick was Vice President of Human Resources in GE’s $6 billion plastics business where his efforts led a company-wide sales force effectiveness initiative that was personally directed by CEO Jack Welch.
Dick co-led and built a successful Strategic Change consulting business as a Managing Director/Partner of Dove Associates, a 100+ consultant strategy and change firm. He has also been a senior consultant at Management Designs and Hay Associates. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Marvelous Markets, a private equity-funded gourmet food store chain.
Dick holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Boston University, a Master's in Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a BA in Social Sciences from Wheaton CollegeRichard Jelinek is a founding partner and Managing Director of Performance Catalysts, an association of experienced, executive-level change advisors and project managers.
